A MAN has made his first appearance at court accused of burgling a house in Fleetwood.
Wesley Holden, aged 35, of London Street, Fleetwood, is charged with burgling an address at Hamlet Road with intent to steal on October 22.
Prosecutor Tracy Yates asked for the case to go straight to crown court and opposed bail for Holden.
Blackpool magistrates sent the case direct to Preston Crown Court. They refused Holden bail and remanded him in custody to appear at the higher court on November 15.
