World Mental Health Day 2018
WORLD MENTAL HEALTH DAY - 10th October 2018
Radio Wave have teamed up with Warren Hub based in Thornton-Cleveleys to raise awareness for World Mental Health Day. Mental health problems affect around one in four people in any given year. They range from common problems, such as depression and anxiety, to rarer problems such as schizophrenia and bipolar disorder. Awareness of the day provides a real opportunity for all of us regardless of background to take time to talk, listen and help others who may be suffering with a potential mental health issue.

SUPPORT FOR YOUNG ADULTS WITH LEARNING DIFFICULTIES
Warren Hub is a family run centre providing care and support for young adults in Blackpool. At Independent Living we have wonderful support staff who specialise in providing activities and experiences tailored to the needs of young adults with learning difficulties. Come and visit us at Warren Hub, to meet new friends, gain work experience or participate in a range of fun activities.
