Two years ago I gave up smoking as my kids wanted me to. I have piled on the pounds and would like to get fit so I have the energy to run around with the kids and to increase my life expectancy. I have always been reasonably big and over the years have slowly gotten bigger and feel I need to shed at least 5st to get to a healthy weight, just trying to find the help, motivation and an enjoyable way of losing it. I think I could do it as I gave up smoking after smoking for 20 years, so now my next big challenge is weight loss.
