Pilates
I went to the Pilates class at Garstang. I regularly go to
Yoga and at first I thought Pilates was abit too as I didn’t feel like I was
working as hard as I usually do at Yoga, but this morning (the day after) I can
really feel where I was stretching and it feels like the class has really
helped me tighten and tone. It’s great because it clearly does work but it
doesn’t feel too strenuous!
So onto week 3 now..can’t wait to see what class I’m trying
next week!
