I went to the gym at Poulton YMCA for a workout following my personal programme. I used equipment such as the cross trainer, the bike and arm weight machines as well as doing ab bench crunches and arm pull ups..which nearly killed me!
Following the programme is great because it really helps me to focus on areas that I mentioned I wanted to work on and I know it’s working because I’m aching in places that I didn’t even know existed! I think I’m even starting to develop some guns! Haha
