SCHOOLS:

Highfurlong Special School in Blackpool has announced it's to closed until further notice.

Lytham St Anne's High School closed to year 9 and 10

Unity Academy is now closed to all students EXCEPT those in years 5, 6 and 11.

Montgomery academy told us they would only be open to years 9 and 10 today.

Layton Primary is now closed

St Mary's Catholic Primary in Fleetwood are closed to reception, Year 1 and Year 2.

Revoe School in Blackpool say they have received a report of a possible infection and have been advised to close until further notice.

BUSINESSES:

The Grand Theatre has announced it will closed temporarily, although they aim to reopen again on 6th April.

Blackpool Winter Gardens has now closed its doors for the immediate future.

In a statement they say they will remain closed until further notice and will re-open as soon as possible, following government recommendations.

“Viva (Blackpool) Group regret to announce the temporary closure of Viva Blackpool following the recent announcements by the government. Closure is planned until April 6th."

Fleetwood museum says they've been left with no choice but to postpone their opening, due for 7th April 'indefinitely.'

All Church of England churches are now closed.

A number of local hotels have shut their doors including the Royal Alexander, Royal Boston, Royal Carleton, Royal Ruskin and Royal Seabank.
