Dispersal order to tackle problem kids in Blackpool

Police have now arrested two youths after another day of disruption around Caunce Street in Blackpool.

To tackle community concerns around youth related ASB they have implemented a dispersal order in the area of Caunce Street till 5am.

This means that police can disperse groups, take children home and direct people to leave the area.

Those found to breach those directions can be arrested.

They have also increased patrols in the area. Police warn If you don't know where your child is they may end up in their cells.
