The Manchester City academy player signed on loan for Fleetwood Town in 2016 before being signed on a permanent deal in January 2017.

 Fleetwood Town released this statement:

“The club are pleased with today’s verdict and that the matter is now closed.

We’d like to thank George for conducting himself in such a professional manner during what must have been a very difficult time.

We will be making no further comment.”
