One woman taken to hospital following Blackpool crash

The incident happened at the junction between Vicarage Lane and Waterloo Road.

One woman became trapped in her car following a collision between two vehicles.

The incident happened at the junction between Vicarage Lane and Waterloo Road at yesterday (Tuesday 26th) afternoon.

Two fire crews, from South Shore and Blackpool attended to the incident and firefighters used specialist hydraulic equipment to get the woman out of the vehicle.

She was taken to hospital by ambulance.
